This fuel reformulator would truly be non-toxic & non-hazardous, not a petrochemical; would reduces toxic Emissions and be free of carcinogens; and would improve combustion, clean fuel systems using any fuels (gasoline, gasoline blends, diesel, biodiesel, and ethanol) while lubricating moving components.Has somebody solved the problem?
